This strategic acquisition expands BluMetric’s environmental professional services and supports our growth in Ontario, particularly within the Greater Toronto Area. The transaction strengthens our ability to deliver a broader suite of services to Toronto’s commercial markets, as well as to the mining sector across Ontario and Quebec.
DS Consultants is headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, and employs approximately 155 professionals. The firm provides geotechnical engineering, environmental and hydrogeological services, as well as materials inspection and testing, instrumentation and monitoring, and building science expertise. With five offices across Ontario—including Vaughan (Head Office), Vaughan (Testing Laboratory), Barrie, Cambridge, and Hamilton—DS Consultants delivers a comprehensive range of services to clients throughout the province.
