Sharing Knowledge at Fall Science Summit

Thanks to Bureau Veritas North America for organizing their Fall Science Summit on Nov. 16.  For one of the case study presentations, our own Rick Fioravanti was pleased to share some of the work the DS Consultants Ltd. team has been doing to remediate hexavalent chromium impacts in groundwater at a former automotive site in Milton.  A successful pilot of a pump and treat program in 2022 resulted in full implementation this past spring.  RSC filing for future residential use is expected in 2024-25.  DS has been providing a full suite of services at this site, including environmental, geotechnical, hydrogeological and materials inspection/testing.
